All my cakes are individually designed to your requirements. Whether you just have a basic idea or detailed designs you would like incorporated, I will guide you throughout the process, so together we can achieve the perfect cake for you.

I always use English butter, free-range eggs and organic flour.

I don't have a set cake menu. So from the classic Victoria, chocolate or fruit cake, i can  make your cake as unique and special inside as it is on the outside. Here are a few ideas.

Vanilla, Deep Dark Chocolate, Lemon, Date and Walnut, Carrot, White Chocolate, Apple and Pecan, Banana. Sponges can be soaked with liqueur or syrup.

Different flavours of French Buttercreme, White, Milk or Dark Chocolate Ganache,
Fresh Cream ( limited ), Custard Cream, Lemon Curd, Passion Fruit Curd, Fruit Jams, Fresh Fruit

For novelty cakes I suggest to use rolled fondant as it gives a smooth finish that allows for a detailed, clean decor and can be coloured in any way. Buttercream or Ganache.  A soft iced cake can be enrobed in speciality biscuits, sweets or chocolate decor.
